It is our mission to make pertinent foreign language metalworking books available, in English, to blacksmiths, jewelers, sculptors, architects, and all artists of metal. Our original project involved the translation of an excellent German text on chasing and repoussé by Adolf Steines titled Metal Treiben [Moving Metal].

Blue Moon Press, Ltd. was founded in 2000 and is located in the eastern United States, nestled in the midst of central Pennsylvania's beautiful ridges. In collaboration with friends around the world, Blue Moon Press seeks the highest quality manuscripts to share with the artisan community.
